These simple yet nutrient-dense foods serve as the foundation for quick and satisfying meals throughout the week.

Batch cooking becomes your best friend in the quest for effortless meals(yum yum). Dedicate a couple of hours on the weekend to prepare large batches of grains, proteins, and roasted vegetables. Portion them into reusable containers for grab-and-go lunches and  dinners(maybe). With pre-cooked ingredients at your disposal, assembling balanced meals becomes a breeze, leaving you more time to focus on your studies and other pursuits.
