A clutter-free space not only promotes a sense of calm but also helps declutter the mind, allowing for a more peaceful transition into bedtime🛏️.

Next, I indulge in soothing self-care practices that cater to all my senses. A warm bath infused with essential oils like lavender or apple cinnamon not only cleanses the body but also calms the mind. As I soak, I dim the lights and play soft instrumental music in the background🎶, allowing myself to fully immerse in the moment and let go of the day's stressors.
